How often should I service my machine?
Every 6 months for a busy café (50+ drinks/day), every 12 months for lower-volume sites. PSSR examinations are required at least every 14 months by law.
How fast can you respond to a breakdown?
Same-day or next-day for Borders cafés. Scheduled services are usually booked within the same week.
Do you carry parts?
The van carries common seals, gaskets, solenoids and pressurestats for the major brands. Specialist parts are ordered and fitted on a second visit, usually within a week.
Are you insured?
